1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RyzeFlux platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RyzeFlux, Inc.
2. Description of Services
RyzeFlux provides AI-powered automation workflow tools and services, including but not limited to:
- •Workflow design and automation platform
- •AI agent orchestration and management
- •Integration with third-party services and APIs
- •Data processing and analytics capabilities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
- •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Not use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- •Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in these terms.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If automatic billing fails, we will notify you and may suspend your access until payment is received.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
RyzeFlux retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software, technology, documentation, and related materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of your data and workflows. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the services.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the services complies with applicable data protection laws.
7. Limitations of Liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
- •We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RyzeFlux, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- •You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
- •We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms
- •Upon termination, your access will cease and data may be deleted
- •You may request a data export within 30 days of termination
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be added], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
